Basic Diagnostic

What it is

A focused half hour with your vehicle on our diagnostic equipment. We scan every computer module in the car — not just the engine — and dig into the specific concern that brought you in, whether that's a warning light, a noise, a smell, or something that just feels off.

What you get

• All modules scanned, not only the one throwing a code
• Your specific concern investigated by a trained, certified technician
• A straight answer about what's wrong and what it will take to fix it
• The diagnostic fee is typically waived if we perform the repair — you're paying for answers, not paying twice

Why it matters

Complex integrated components can be hard to diagnose at home, even with the internet's help. That doesn't make it okay for a shop to charge hundreds for a $50 part and 15 minutes of time. We diagnose honestly so the repair quote you get reflects what the car actually needs.
